A case in point would be the options on a clothes iron. As one who does a lot of ironing for myself and family, I can tell you that knowing one fabric from the other is tough enough without having to select the appropriate ironing temperature. I know of someone with a better design in development. Hopefully we can post some info about that here. Meanwhile, if there's a simpler iron out there...let me know where!

Complex Choices
